d3dx9_30.dll not found?

When I try to launch the game, I get error message, where it sais that file d3dx9_30.dll is not found and I should reinstall. I reinstalled twice with no different result. Does anyone have solution to this issue?
EDIT:
I downloaded the file from the internet, but I don't know where to put it.
EDIT2: it should be pasted at system32.

A message like that typically means your DirectX is out of date so if that file hasn't worked out for you just download the latest DirectX for your OS.

This is what you going to do:

first: Download again d3dx9_30.dll in this site http://dllcentral.com/d3dx9_30.dll/9.12.589.0000/ and http://www.d3dx9.net/?s=d3dx9_30&submit=submit then re install it again from your PC. That's all , Thanks

You can get d3dx9_30.dll file from the link. This will help you in case of missing or downloading dll.
and will repair it if it's corrupted.
