Kemet wierd clothes

so i was wondering, what are they wearing actually?

A linen corselet, the forerunner of the famous Greek linothorax. The Greeks added shoulder pieces and neckguard, they often additionally reinforced it with metal plates or scales. The linothorax was still quite novelty in our time, while the basic achetype was heavily used in the near East and Egypt. Since you have elite troops shown on the screenshot, the linen is shining white, because that was expected. The cleaner, the whither, the shinier - the better. The texture is a bit oversaturated, though.
