    Default Should 'distance to capital' be removed?

    Technically, it just prevents you from creating a large empire. I would think it would be better to have 'distance from empire' which basically is how far away is it from the main body of your empire, and the main 'body' of you empire is the part of your empire which has your capital in it.

    That feature is hardcoded and can`t be changed.

    change your capital to province what is in the middle of you faction
