    Default Unable to Launch

    I'm using the Steam version of M2:TW and while I've installed it to you specifications given in your "how to" guide for Steam, as well as attempted to use the other method mentioned in another thread the mod does not load properly. When I attempt to run it I get the standard Medieval 2 splash page followed by the TA:TW cinematic, then it loads up the standard Medieval 2 game menu with none of the options functional. I've attempted two installs with no change and I'm at a loss for what to attempt next.
