    Hey Toon..

I dont think I have your answer, but me and Kave-In ran into a similar problem with the colors of the Hussars.. no matter what colour was painted over them on the diffuse a tinge of white still showed up in game..

check your alpha channel on the diffuse but I dont think its that.. other than the gloss_map I cant see what affects this problem..

your not the only one though..

This is , what I call a gloss problem. I can't find the little post where I found the info but here is a short recap...

I'll go back to the basic, 3 filrs are needed to edit texture : diffuse, gloss map and normal ( I guess you already know that )

You know already about the diffuse but here are some useful info about gloss map and normal files properties:

Gloss map: The gloss map file ( the way I understand it ) affect the level of reflection of your model. So If you look at the gloss map of the grenadier you find the same undesired white line on the shoulder. Make it disapear and and It should resovle half of your problem.

Normal: I know very little about normal but after editing the gloss map you might find out that some detail still have not disapeared. If you look at the sleeve of the model ( 2nd picture bellow) in the normal file, you still see some details. In game, you will see them painted over but you still see them. editing the normal file will make them disapear.
still, there is one more thing to know and it's about the alpha channel of the normal file. I think ( not 100% sure) that this alpha channel is for the shadows. Some details may appear in the shadows and disapeared in the light. this alpha channel ( 3rd picture) must be edited to make them disapear.

I hope it give some clues..
