but what very often happens is that my men are in cqc and just few of them are actually fighting, while the most stand behind and do nothing, not even move to the enemy. I can click on what and as often as I want, the just don#t want to move.

The second thing seems only to happen with cav (and not always), I click on a enemy unit and instead of attacking this unit, the attack one which is closer to them, also if the have to turn around to reach this unit.

animations and unit cohesion will be improved with the next patch.

Also this was rather a suggestion than a bug.
