    Default Rhun City Arealism

Why, pray tell, is some city on the boonies (NE) the city with the highest population (3100) while the capital city (on a lake with fishies and freshwater, I might add) has about half of that population? This should be changed in the 1.1 update... perhaps like this

    Vanilla:
    NE town, 3100 pop
    Capital city, 1700 pop
Other lake town (also with fishies and freshwater), less than 1700 pop.

    1.1 Update Proposal:
Capital City, 3100 pop (alternatively, 2600)
Other Lake Town, 1700 pop (alternatively, 2200)
NE town, less than 1700 pop

(Don't forget to change the town \ large_town status on these if my proposal is accepted)

Yah, you don't see New York City the capital of New York because of sheer population, but still a good idea. You could always move your capital to that other city. I always spend the first 50+ turns teching up with Rhun anyway, because its hard to do anything when your biggest starting city is a large town.

I don't really care that the capital is the one that isn't the highest population, it's the fact that the highest population city is double that of the two cities with access to the massive freshwater Lake of Rhun. It makes no sense imho.
