Obama has promised results,but what do you think,is he just an other president or is he gonna make a difference to the American people.

Faaaaaaaaar too early. I think we sometimes forget how fickle things are, George Bush once had 90% approval ratings for months and everyone "loved" and respected him and look what happened. Every President is 1 wrong decision away from disaster.

and second, he got a country at level -100, if he goes to 0 it's a very good president

You can't blame him for not reaching the +100

Must say i was a bit sceptical, but he seems to be trustworthy and honest. As a European I hope he introduces universal healthcare. I would not like to live without myself.

I credit Hillary Clinton for that. She seems to be doing a very good job. Women always have an advantage in diplomacy. He himself seems to be a mirror of John McCain when it comes to Iraq though.

I mean in regards to opening up to Iran, to supporting Turkish EU membership, to telling off Israel, to reforming focus on Afghanistan, to putting Pakistani government officials in there place, closer cooperation with Europe.

Ill be honest I live in a "red state" and aside from the "he'll take our guns" paranoia (I'll call it paranoia because it will now take a constitutional amendment thanks to the supreme court) there aren't any other complaints. The only thing I can think of that got mixed reviews in Kentucky was the auto bailout, some wanted them to die on their own and some wanted them saved. I'm not saying he is wildly popular but there seems to be nothing to point to as to him being a terrible president.

I see it actually the opposite. Domestically Obama has been doing pretty find job while American foreign policy remains the same as before, just with different covers this time.

As a non-American I am basing this purely on foreign policy. In that sense I think he has done a good job- he has opened dialog, tried to win back some respect from Europe, but at the same time taken a hard stance on the Taliban and getting Pakistan to fight them, as well as N.Korea.



However, its far too early to see if this will pay off.

Much too soon, but he has made a decent first impression. And as we all know, first impressions are important.
