cant install kingdoms

okay everytime i try to install kingdoms i go into my computer and click blank exe and some screen comes up and then nothing happens plz help

What does the screen say? What are your computer specs? Where did you buy Medieval2 and where did you buy Kingdoms?

the screen is just a small black screen that pops up and then flashes away, my computer seems to be ok with m2tw and according to systemrequirementslab.com my computer is way over the minimum requirment. i bought m2tw gold from walmart so kingdoms came with it

If you put the Kingdoms disc in as soon as you installed Medieval2 it should be installing the updates. Did you play with Medieval2 before trying to install the Kingdoms disc?

yeah was that a bad thing? Ok so i should be able to install kingdoms if i uninstall and reinstall m2tw?

Yes, totally uninstall Medieval2, turn off/disable anything unnucessary to free up all the memory and resources you can, then install Medieval2, and Kingdoms right behind it. Depending on your computer, it may get stubborn but it works.

it didnt work, i ran it through the auto play and all that shows up is a black box that instantlly goes away. i am so angry right now this game is so complicated to install

now i ran it through my computer and here is what the screen looked like

it should be easy as pie... I have no idea what blank.exe is?? is that what popped up after you clikced setup?

Did it not autorun with the install menu?
