    Default Archer Routing

I am not sure if this is supposed to happen, but I was playing Mordor and I was sallying forth to attack the sieging Gondorian army. I killed all but a few units of archers. Anytime my melee got close they would instantly route and run until they were long gone out of my range, then they would just randomly stop routing, turn around, and run back within range and start peppering my troops. I ended up having to chase them all the way across the map with my already exhausted troops. Their leader was dead and they weren't meeting up with any other troops which alot of them time causes them to stop routing.

Yes when you click the withdraw button (or the hotkey is Ctrl+W I think) they route, but if you press it again the return to your command.

    Actually, that's not true.
When you click the withdraw button, or your enemy withdraws, it shows 'Marching', and I have had plenty of experience with that (Skirmish fighting, in order to inflict maximum damage with minimum casualties).
It is either a bug or just a very hard unit to route.
