Alliances
I'm not sure if it's a bug, but whenever I offer an alliance, I offer map info, and a few thousand florins (also I have good-outsanding relationship w/ that faction) but they always turn me down. It says "Just Rejected." Is this a bug or am I not doing this right?

I got the same thing playing with H elves when trying to make alliances with eriador and the dwarves. I however managed to make an alliance with silvan elves. I guess it's done on purpose, since dwarves and elves were always fighting (according to lore)
