    Anyone having trouble with CTDs when there's a loading screen? Not everytime, but regularly when there's a loading screen, I get a CTD.

    I had to manually install all the files as I'm using the Steam workaround of changing the mod folder to teutonic so I might have put something in the wrong place, but I don't think so. I followed the folder hierarchy from the TATW folder that was installed, so I reckon that should be ok?

    Have you replaced the loading screens? Perhaps there is a problem there try replacing the loading screen folder with vanilla's and see if the CTDs keep happening.

    Yeah, I replaced the loading screens but I didn't save the original TATW ones.

    I can't seem to find the vanilla MTW2 ones either.

    Maybe I need to reinstall from the top.

    For Rhun and Harad general vanilla/TWdefault portraits, I wanna fixed it soon by my own ... any idea how to fix it? perhaps do I need to place the 'middle_eastern' culture portraits (for generals, young/old/dead) from 000 to 200? Or is there just a scripting issue? If it is, which txt. files should I edited? thank's bro...

    The Age Limit is Hard Coded 0 -100 I think, maybe less.

    Any idea how you're going to handle Harad&Rhun? Will you use a mix of Rhun and Harad screens, or somehow attempt to find pictures that fit both at the same time? (sounds rather impossible)

    All my pictures are from the dvd's. Northmen will be hard, maybe I'll take a look at another movie for something useful.

    If I understand correctly you want to have only my wicked men portrait? To do that you will have to repeat them from 000 to 200 otherwise you will have the default vanilla as well. There is no need to make an old folder. If you wait a few more days I will update with new portraits and you won't have to go through so much trouble.

    These event pictures are almost done, just need some minor tweaks. Since Gondor and Orcs have a decent amount of event pics I'm giving priority for the other good factions.

    Council missions Elves/Dwarves/Men

    Mission failed Elves/Dwarves/Men

    War declared/alliance declared/alliance broken

    Relations improved/relations worsened

    End of turn report/victim of assassination

    Most advanced faction/most advanced faction other

    Only things I think could be better: 'War declared/alliance declared'
    I like the War declared the least. The previous ones (dwarves, Northmen, elves) were nice though.
    I think my sword pic looks better (for alliance declared)
    I also think the death picture from my last post is better than your current one.

    But obviously I'm biased and it's just a matter of personal preference. Besides that, the even pictures look very good, and a massive improvement over vanilla to say the least.

    I like my previous concept but I was struggling with the fact that it would appear for every declaration that happens during your campaign not jut your own wars. I decided to go with a more generic one and decided to develop my sword concept. The sword is a very strong symbol, and is used in the books as a symbol of the honoring of alliances (oathbreakers) and of desunity (Isildur's broken sword).
    I also think the death picture from my last post is better than your current one.
    I was going to use this pic for gondor, it suits gondor much better, but a more suitable event picture is being used (Denethor/Faramir scene). And a northmen burial fits best for a northmen culture.

    I'm missing a retinue expand pic for Northmen, any ideas?

    I think v0.3 has got everything done so far (until the new update of course ).
