    Sorry if this is a dumb question, i just started playing Roma Surrectum and was wondering how to get the Marian reforms? Great game by the way, i am really enjoying it.

    You need to have a Imperial palace in Tarentum, Mediolanum, Patavium or Byzantium I think. I'm not sure about
    Croton.. One of those cities is enough

    If you click on any of your cities, go to the house rules building, right click it, and it says in there
