    Are you talking about balancing? Many of the AUM units are still a bit overpowered with sometimes a 10+ range or defense bonus. Atlhough many of the powerful units have a unit cap, it can still be pretty unbalancing in a battle. For instance, I'd drop the accuracy of the Constantinople musket troops (sorry, I'm away from access to the game right now so the exact unit name escapes me) by 5 to 7 and a bit of their defense as well.

    But, I'm far from experienced when it comes to making balancing suggestions. I'd just thought I'd give you an idea of what it feels like perhaps from a n00bs perspective

    The new UPC 4.7 crashes the game...

    patch 1.5 has updated the "patch_en.pack / localisation.loc" file with new entries.

    Therefore I need the new "patch_en.pack" to update the UPC and AUM loc.

    The "language or localisation.loc" system is really a design fault. They should have expected that mods ADD TEXTS!!!

    The "UI Unit Limit" hasn't been fixed either. Absolutely mod UNFRIENDLY!

    Today I released my "ADDITIONAL UNITS MOD (AUM) 2.7" and it is fully compatible with the following versions:
    - patch 1.5 + both DLC packs: "Elite Units of the West" + "Warpath Campaign"
    - DarthMod 3.1 / A Proper Empire:Terra Incognita 1.0.8 / Imperial Splendor 2.1b Hotfix

    - all unit stats are balanced to the corresponding mod > DarthMod / A Proper Empire:Terra Incognita / Imperial Splendor or vanilla = standard ETW balanced stats (standalone)

    It isn't required to download a language file, if you did it on the AUM 2.6 release.

    There aren't any changes in the language files for AUM 2.7.


    > changes according to patch 1.4 + 1.5
    - fixed the "aum_units_stats_naval_crew_to_factions_tables", because the table wasn't readable anymore after patch 1.5

    - re-balanced and optimized all land + naval units of the four AUM versions to the new patch 1.5 and the three updated major mod versions

    - set the "MP Unit Limit" of all custom AUM + ORNAMENTUM units to the same as in singleplayer mode

    - the "Horse Grenadier Guards" + "Royal Swedish Dragoons" have now the ability "rank_fire"

    - the following cavalry units have now the ability "fire_while_moving" because they use carbines:

    There is absolutely no comment at all from CA until now.

    If CA doesn't fix this problem, then all "Unit Pack mods" have really a problem to be played together and some units are missing in the recruitment queue.

    Hello to all DARTHMOD + ORNAMENTUM fans,

    I've uploaded today an updated patch 1.5 version of "ORNAMENTUM Full for Darthmod".

    If you use AUM 2.7 you don't need this file, because all 20 Ornamentum units are included in the four AUM versions.

    Both UPC language files are included (English + German).

    Hello pablobrad, you need to install a language file that the unit names show up. The "West European Mercenaries" use a vanilla texture. Do you use any re-texture packs that change the vanilla units?

    absolutely excellent work!This mod adds a lot more variety to what some could call a very stagnant base lineup.A question though..are there limits on how many of certain units various factions can recruit??particularly the obsoleted ones??I ask this because I notice certain factions,namely Poland and their satellites tend to recruit a LOT of Swiss Pikemen...is this intentional??or is this just what happened to occur on my particular play through??

    Thanks Chevalier IX! The Swiss Pikemen are limited to 6 per faction. Did you see more than six of them in AI Army?

    Hello Blau&Gruen, the recent AUM-DM 2.7 release is playable with Hip63's DMUC. But the stats are not balanced anymore. The Naval Warfare Mod from NAIMAD which contains all 29 ships from AUM is included in DMUC.

    I'm in contract with Hip63 and probably there will be a special DMUC/AUM version in the future.

    Hello to all DARTHMOD + AUM users,

    if you have problems with AUM, then please report these informations below in a "spoiler" that I can help you better and faster.

    It's always helpful if you provide as much information as you can.

    This section is listed on my FAQ AUM Troubleshooting-Guide too.

    • Which AUM version do you use? (version number + Van, DM, APE:TI, IS)
    • Which language file do you use?
    • Which AUM units are affected?
    • Campaign or custom battle problem?
    • Is the error re-producable in any battle?
    • Are there any other mods or re-texture packs installed?

    It can be very helpful if you provide screenshots of your data folder, script folder, script-file and if used Mod Manager List.

    I've uploaded all language files again to the download section on my FAQ. All language files are now available on these three locations: FAQ + Mediafire + Filefront.

    I've received a lot of PM's asking me how to play DMUC + AUM together and if they are compatible.

    Here is some information to clarify this issue:

    The recent AUM-DM 2.7 release is playable with Hip63's DMUC. But the stats are not balanced anymore. The Naval Warfare Mod from NAIMAD which contains all 29 ships from AUM is included in DMUC.

    I'm in contract with Hip63 and probably there will be a special DMUC/AUM version in the future.

    user.empire_script.txt:
