CTD Faction Selection

I have created a new map for my mod of Britannia campaign. The map and associated txt files are the only things I have changed.
In campaign selection I can only play as England, selecting any other faction causes CTD.
All standard Britannia factions are available to play, excluding Barons Alliance. Have removed them from campaign.
Have played through 11 or so turns as England to check stability and it has been fine!

Got round the CTD. Added more regions and was OK'ish. Now get random crashes!
Should be all OK soon!
