just straight goes to desctop

whenever i try to start a grand campaign it loads a bit and than just goes to desctop , so far ive tried with armenia and ere (no CTD messages it just turns off)

i set vh/vh , advice off , manage all cities off , unlimited battle time

If its crashing during the campaign loading, then game is missing some files. It could be because some other mods have corrupted them. I would suggest complete reinstall of MTW2, patches, then install BC (because it doesn't interfere with other mods), try first if everything is ok, then install other mods.

unfourtanetly i can not reinstall mtw2 since the only disc i can find is the playing cd and i cant , for some reason , find the cover also

isnt there any other way arround?

Not a good way at least....since, you dont know what files could have been overwritten.
