A few questions about ARMA/HoI2

1. What is Share Country means in Option??

2. What is Use Country means in Option??

3. Does improve lnfrastructure increase resource output (if not, I am going to attack Persia, Saudi Arabia and Venezuela for their petrol)??

I was soo close to mount an invasion there as Japan, but finally Venezuela accepted an oil trade with me

Ya, a nation with only 22 IC has 122 petrol is quite ridiculous...

Nice thing is I have enough petrol reserve to hold until like 10 years later (Nationalist China, 1948, with several good tech team and a Japanese puppet). I also have several foothold in South America and Carribean so there is little problem for me to launch operation.

Only bad thing is I fear US would go crazy and declare war on me if I attack Venzuela. Lucky enough US somehow turned Cold War hot and makes Europe as a grand battleground now, so they may not have time to care about me; although currently USSR is slowly lost inituiative due to long supply line...
