I NEED HELP!!!!!

so every time i put in a mod using kingdoms and then i go to do a siege battle it crashes this has happened for both the third age mod and expanded americas mod which are the only 2 mods i have put on kngdoms or even medieval 2.i think that that proves that something is wrong with my game and the only i can think of is to reinstall it but i thought i should ask you guys first. i also just thought i should say that im pretty sure i didn't screw anything up on my own becuase i have some experience modding both medieval 1 and empires which some i downloaded and some i made myself. so does anybody have any ideas on this and anyway to fix it???

Reinstalling the game sounds like a good idea actually.
