    Default Succession Problem

It is now turn 26 I am playing the English H/VH. I have not received a single offer to marry Prince Richard, Geoffrey Plantagenet, nor John Plantagenet. I have only received offers (approx. 5) to marry the princess.

I am aware that the number of generals/governors I have or that are in the pipeline (children) is directly related to the number of my holdings. I currently hold London, Nottingham, Caen, Rennes, Angers, Southampton, Caernvaon.

This is not the first time I have had this issue playing England. It seems the game will not give me any wives and hence children until the princess is married off. I have refused to marry her since I don't want her progeny sullying my bloodlines. I cannot get her killed off either. What happened to the 3,000 pirates with gps? lmao

Ideally I would like to completely remove princesses from the game, but failing that I would be happy with just "fixing" this issue. I have had this issue many times when I don't marry princesses. In the past I resorted to getting them killed off but that doesn't appear to be an option anymore.

P.S. I have reloaded end of turn a couple times for the intent purpose of seeing if I will be offered a bride to my now aging generals/governors to no avail.

I reloaded the same game at Turn 6 On turn 7 the princess was offered a suitor, which I accepted since he was age 50 and I figured he'd die soon and they probably wouldn't have any kids. On turn 8 Geoffrey was offered a bride. On turn 10 Prince Richard was offered a bride. On turn 12 John, who had just come of age, was offered a bride. On turn 13 Geoffrey had a boy. I am currently on turn 13.

    THAT is the problem.

The game would not give my other generals/governors wives and subsequent kids UNTIL I married the princess. THAT is stupid. I have had this problem many a time with the English specifically and other factions as well. What is ironic is the princess is the 2nd born, behind the Prince yet he will not be offered a bride until she gets her husband first.

Why is one of 4 kids holding up the entire family getting married and having kids?

idk man, but ive found with one of my grand campaigns that until the princessess are married, agent princesses or not, the princes will not receive offers of marriage. i get sick of that so wen my princess is offered marriage, i just kill the general in battle. usually use create_unit "(princess's husband name)" "Longbowmen" 5 9 3 3
then i set up stakes, and ram that generals unit right into them. this takes care of that general and the sullying of my pure bloodline. then my princes get offered marriage and all is well in the byzantine empire LOL

I had an English campaign going and I'm on turn 98 or so. Anyways you should see my family tree, pure beauty. All men and the guy the royal princess married has 1 male kid, who had 1 male kid who will have no kids . Not a single princess has been born. Let me tell you that was a lot of reloading
