May I ask a thing? Are you going to keep the mod up like Stainless Steel with tons of submods of which half are buggy/useless or will you check them out as they arise and IMPLEMENT good ones after some personal touch? Also, I would suggest dividing 'Submods' section to two - first subsection being 'Good/working/worthy submods and the second subsection to store all the rest. Also, when you implement a submod to the mod after some optimizing, give the guy a credit BUT delete his submod from the forum or move it to 'already implemented' or something like that tab. I mean, it's good you allow submods and stuff, but from casual player's perspective seeing (at some point) 20+ pages of sub mods doing tons of different things and of very varying quality I think you need to sort out the mess before it gets out of control =)
