Russian speakers and modeldb editor

I'm not sure if anyone knows this, could be everyone does and it's only me that just found out, but, someone has created a progrem to edit the battlemodels file. Unfortunately, for me, it's on a russian total war forum. Don't speak russian! I have a russian dictionary though! (WW2 wargamer!)

Aha! Never saw these! Have got a formatted modeldb file but for vanilla only!
