Your cpu is a serious bottelneck. your harddrive by today's standards is a slowpoke at 5400rpm. It will play it on low, maybe medium with the eyecandy turn off. Anything past that the heat inside the case will ctd it for you.

Nah I have a slower processor (1.83Ghz dual core) and 3GB of RAM and I still get fairly high settings with minimal lag. Sure, AA can't be maxed and some massive siege and jungle battles slow me down, but you'll definitely get better than medium/low. Download the demo if you want to see for yourself.

Do not ever trust lappers for gaming.
Only use a normal PC, no laptops, ever.

like i said i got a laptop because of school... A regular PC is when i move into an apartment with other people so i don't have to pay as much rent but since it's my first year of college coming up i went cheap... almost $3,000 for just room fees..

p.s. thanks D.B. the only worries i have now is if my non existing graphics card can handle it.. lol i hate GMA's because they only take enough memory from the ram to run the game

EDIT: also does M2TW tax the comp more then RTW or are they basically the same??

My experience says it will tax it more. Like I said, heat will be your enemy.
