Forced diplomacy

Looked through search and couldn't find what I needed. I wanted to download the mod called forced diplomacy. Is it an easy mod to install and where do I install it? How does it work? Can I install it and use it in the middle of my game?

Here is the link to the FD mod. It's is relatively easy to install and changes the script so that the diplomatic A.I. agrees to everything you say. Some people say this creates more realistic gameplay, provided you limit yourself with house rules. It is save-game compatible.
