Spearman don't have calvary bonus in description

Im just wondering if spearman still get a bonus against calvary because it doesn't say it in the description of a few spearman units I have looked at

I dont think some of the lesser units (read: crappier) will have cavalry bonuses. But do put down some examples just in-case it's been missed

Interesting. After seeing this thread, I checked it out. It seems to me like almost every Spearman unit has an anti-cavalry speciality. What spearmen, exactly, are you refering to?

Spearmen always get a bonus vs. cavalry AFAIK; the devs probably just forgot to mention the bonus in the unit's description.

The "bonus against cavalry" in the unitcard will appear if
1. The unit has a positive mount_effect.(horse+2 etc)
or
2. The unit has the spearattribute in its primary weapon(spear)
It will however not appear if a unit has the other spearattribute(light_spear)

It has nothing to do with if its classified as spearmen, light or heavy.
