Custom animations, settlements, character models, increased unit rosters, etc...
A unique settlement model or landmark for the Black Gates. Perhaps more Southern Fiefdom units for Gondor, and maybe a forbidden pool landmark/model.
dale,eriador and orc of the misty mountains re-designed all units types is necessary,the units types models of dale,eriador and orcs of misty mountains not good in this version.
more unit types for isengard is necessary also.
if is possible more unit types for all factions this not necessary but is better for the mod.
make the faction of dunland.
another faction of dwarfs,two faction in the mod is better.
another faction of elfs for elrond.

I suggest that people play the mod a little before making suggestions. Also try to think of "real" suggestions and not just blatantly obvious things like custom models/cities/animations etc.

One word: BLOODLINES. I don't think that they would fit for Orcs, but for Men and Dwarfs.

SUGGESTION
Once you are done with most factions in terms of units (models, textures, etc.) STANDARISE the units so each unit no matter what it is and which faction has exactly the same number of polygons and resembles high level of visual quality. I wouldn't push graphic load too much, though, beyond limit of common sense. Plus, it could be nice if you made models/textures for low/medium/high detail levels in options, too.
