I think i want this mod, but i heard that there are just about 6 different units for each faction... Is this true, if so, are you planning to make more?

Some minor factions have fewer units, that's true, but also historically correct. Major factions such as Babylon, Lydia, Egypt and of course Persia sport a great variety of units, again not for gameplay but historical research.
Keep in mind many factions are only placeholders yet. We are about to seriously rework the nomads (Scythians first).
However, research always beats hearsay, so just load up the game and find out.![]()

Great, i was thinking of playing as Egypt... My biggest worrie with minor factions, like Sparta, is that when i play as them the clone units thing will just get so huge that it will be extremely anoying. Can u maybe reskin for example spear units so they look a little different, and then u can train 3 units of spearmen with the same cost and stats but they look different? It may be silly, just something i just came up with...
I have no idea how to pronounce them, what does an . in the middle of a word do?
Im currently in a 3 front war with Babylon Kyrene and the fake pharaoh to the south , but Kyrenaika is too few in numbers too form a threat now, its really fun...
Egypt must be the best faction after the early stages though, so it will be easy from there...
Great mod, however one thing confuses me, it said that Taras was next to me, but i couldnt find them next to me or even on the map, and they got destroyed 3 turns in, but they werent at war with anyone. whats up with that?
Fake Pharaoh!!!!! how dear you, they are Nubians dude Nubians

Taras is not next to Egypt, where is that said? It´s the city Taranto in Southern Italy.
And yes, sometimes they got destroyed very early in my campaigns also, due to strong rebells next to their starting province. When their few family members get killed in battle, the game is over for them ...
True, but from an egyptian point of view he is right. For Egypt the Kushites are only their former colony - and it was a historical mistake, that they ruled egypt a century ago.![]()
