Unpacked game crashes

I am having a problem with the battles in M2TW. In both custom battles and campaign battles (I haven't tried historical battles) the game crashes straight after it has finished loading the battle. By uninstalling and reinstalling the game, the problem disappeared. However, when I unpacked everything using the "unpack_all" tool, and then went to a battle, the same crash occured. It seems to me that the unpacker is the cause of the crash. Does anybody know what I could do to stop the crash (I need to unpack because I have to modify some files)?

Did you read the readme that is with the unpacker? Did you delete the two files listed therein? Have you used the search function in this forum on this issue?
