    Who can tell me how to use the texture of redcoat dds file?

    Moved to mod workshop. To open the DDS file you can use IrfanView, and to edit it PhotoShop or GIMP. Happy modding!

    Should add that since neither program will open dds files natively, you'll need the respective plugins for PS and the GIMP. They come up on google.
