    Default 3D Modelling tutorials

    I really want to start learning this aspect of modding, so I am asking two things here:

    1) Can anybody direct me to some fantasitc starter guides, and programs?

    2) Can anyone spare the time to tutor me?

    Thank you. I desire to expand my skills so that I can mod pretty much anything that is moddable, that will help me to finish my current mod as well as any I may work on in the future

    Is that program free though? I really can't afford to splash out on a program that isn't free.
