So we've been learning a bit about the biomass -> biogas process at school, but I've been wondering lately; what is biogas used for, in the end? What are the applications? I assume it's used for heating especially, but can't be used as fuel, right? Or am I mistaken? I went to the library and only found 2 little books each of 50 pages, and only one of them had some information about it. Apparently biogas can be used to power engines to produce electricity. But there must be more things. What can it be used for?
