out of the four options which form of government would you say is the best? personally im for a republic i believe that true liberty only comes from the people being in charge of their government to protect their own civil liberties

best in terms of what? if the highest pirority is protecting individual liberty, you are right, republic (at least american style) might be the best in limiting government action against individual rights.

It depends on your priority. The power of a country? The good of its population? Anyway it always depends on situation of a country. IMHO there isn't any universal form of government which is good for everybody / every country / every nation.

Your constitutional monarchy lacks a politically active monarch, like most Western constitutional monarchies. It's hence practically a republic in all but name, with a permanent ceremonial figure, and cannot really be considered better or worse than the republic style of government.

A liberal, democratic socialist state for me.
