Yep, when KoJ lose all their cities the computer comes to a standstill, that's when they horde.

Although in my campaigns they usually get lost around Anatolia and get annihilated by ERE.

Well they and the Turks were my allies for the opening turns and our borders met about 60 turns into the game and have stayed that way since. They stood firm with me during the Mongol invasion and even through my betrayals of the Ghaznavids and Khwarazem Shah. They also sent armies to help out in finishing off the Rajputs. I bought some citadals from the Ayyubids south of Antioch to establish a better defensive line so that also gave them a ton of cash they could use to build up top tier armies. The Turkish forces are either in the Steppes or massing (about 6-7 stacks) around Ankara for some reason I can't quite determine.

This is what happens to their AIs when their eastern border is secure.

I see, well it's a very nice strategy. And Turks are maybe massing to attack you since you are on their borders and the Ayubids. Keep us posted about the latest developments.
