Eh. Im undecided at the moment. It looks alike like the EUIII series in graphics term. I may try it out though. I doubt it will ever beat HoI2 though.

I'll get it... after I see reviews by HOI/HOI2 players and decide if its better than the last one by my terms.

A yeah. It is adding a lot of things that HoI2 was missing. Like division design.

I'm reading the previews of this game posted on the paradox forums and it doesn't only sound like it takes HOI2s gameplay but it also adds many things people were asking for. I believe it will be a far superior game.

I have faith in Paradox Interactive to decide to make a good game, and also to do a good job making said game.

Paradox devs have the same ideas about what makes a game good as I do, and they are very smart about how to do it. I haven't been let down yet.

Of course I'll still wait for the reviews of the HoI2 crowd before spending money, as I always do.

I really enjoy the concept of the frontage system. As well as adding reserve units into the game. Not to mention designable divisions. Along with a lot of other things that could have been in HoI2.

Along with the game sounding like it might be a little more relaxed with the history. One can only play the game for so long with WWII playing out exactly the same every time before you get sick of it.

I'm not really exited, it doesn't look very good also I don't like how much it has changed, by the looks of things so far. So I voted No

    You look forward to it?

I'm saddened by the bleak prospect of it

I doubt they can top Victoria with a sequel to it anyway

You know, I loved Victoria. But not as much as Hearts of Iron series. I enjoy war. And HoI2 was a much better war game (since that was almost all it was!)

As long as the ai works, I'm really really looking forward to HOI3.

AI is working very good in ARMA (especially when you push aggresivness into Furious; Germany AI would even assault Britain).

Definately looking forward to it. From everything i've read so far...seems to me it will be superior to HOI2 and i loved HOI2. I'm sure it'll be just like EU3 when it came out with certain segments of the "old school" so to speak. Where they said EU3 was crap compared to EU2. I'm sure the same will be said for HOI3 compared to HOI2 by some. I'll take 3 and never look back. Just like when EU4 comes along one day...I'll forget all about EU3 most like. IMO, Paradox is pretty damn good on improving from one installment to the next.
