Sound problems causing lag (ignore my last thread)
I realized that my sound on my laptop was causing lag in medieval II. Is there anywhere I can download something to fix this problem

Laptops use a sound chip.
If you still have the dxdiag, could you copy that part here?

Re: Sound problems causing lag (ignore my last thread)
Have you downloaded and installed directx 9.0c manually? Do you have Vista updated to SP1? Do you have .Net framework updated to 3.5 SP1? Have you searched the laptop's site for new Nvidia sound drivers?

Re: Sound problems causing lag (ignore my last thread)
Did you try uninstalling it and installing it again? This could fix whatever the problem is.
If not, have you tried installing it in a different path?
