I want to conquer more than 50 cities!

I am a new threader and glad to be here. So here is my dilema!

I have tried to edit the campaign section for set victory conditions, so I will have to occupy every city
on the standard campaign map. I think it is around 103 to 105 cities if I'm correct. Has anyone else done this or tried or even wanted this? I have found two or three files that deal with setting victory conditions and changed the value from 50 to 100. This is reflected in the game campaign description stating I need to conquer 100 territories, so I thought I did it. However, after conquering my fiftieth city The game ended with me victorious. I love the game and have won on 3 difficulties but am left unsatisfied with half the WORLD. Does anyone have any ideas on how to increase 50 territory requirement to lets say world domination?

If you are patched to version 1.5 (on the main menu selct options then look for a number in the top right of the screen) then you can simply select to carry on when you meet the victory conditions, otherwise Rome is neccesary to win so until you capture that you can play for however long you like.

As the others said,as long as your patched to 1.5 you will have the option to continue your campaign when your finished

EDIT:If your looking for a challenge than I suggest your try a mod such as SPQR

took 100 turn with britons to conquer all of map... all auto battles.

You could always take Rome last. This way you wouldn't trigger the victory.
