    Default Questions

I've noticed a couple of things playing as the Selucids that may be intentional...or may not

Firstly, there is no road connection possible between Tarsus and Side or in fact any road leaving Tarsus to the West

Also there seems to be no connection possible to any other location from Umia (think that is the name - its one of the cities that start as Armenian)

Finally, the 'market' upgrade sometimes gives a benefit of +5 happiness and +5 law, but when built in most locations it gives nothing but the spy and increased trade.

Very much enjoying the mod, but as a consequence of the above I'm having trouble keeping cities from rioting. Are the above intended?

BTW I am playing version 1.5c (unless somehow I screwed up the install somehow).

Quite a few changes that will address this, when the new mod RS2 comes out.
We also made it alot harder to keep the other cities in other lands happy.
So build your income as much as you can,and keep your greek cities happy.

The missing roads are not there to encourage the AI to go in various directions. Umia is one of those.

If you're having trouble stopping cities rioting it's probably caused by you expanding too fast. It takes a while to convert different cultures. You need to ensure that you have governors trained up with decent traits/retinues. This is done through building up academies and some temples.

Thanks guys. The road fix seems to be working well (I'm sure I'm not telling you anything you don't already know from testing/playing). Computer is not nearly as dumb strategically as previously.

about markets, is there any reason for the difference (screen shot below from Susa and Ninive) or is that what swhunter was refering to as dealt with in RS2

Yes, some effects on some buildings are different depending on where they are located.
