building black dots

hey everyone im new =)

and i got a prob =P lol

sorry if this has been posted i tried search couldn't find it =P any ways im getting trouble with building testures getting some greyish dots there a bit hard to see but their, there any solution, thnx ahead of time

i found the problem it was AA so i removed it and dots went away but my fps drops like 10-20 wtf?
i tired using catalyst controllers and putting AA but there was no performance change but when i use ingame AA my performance increase dramatically
any solution to this?

guess ill have to play with building dots meanwhile
