    They did note this earlier I think and said a new version would be coming out with a fixed, vanilla startpos.esf, if I read correctly!

    The problem was that i uploaded my personal startpos.esf ( i like to play with 6 turns per year )

    Anyway, i have already uploaded a 2 turns per year version of startpos.esf

    I don't currently have my comp with empire so i can't try this mod but does it get rid of the ridiculous flash trails when they fire there guns or cannons, i was so disappointed by battles when i saw that that i didn't even give it a chance, so i figured i would wait for a mod that gets rid of it, im just wondering if this does or if there is a way to do it?

    By variation, I thought more of different designs.

    Also, thats a good idea about including all the flags in one post, I'll get to work on that asap. Maybe make a Stickied Thread for it.

    Well smatussek decided that you would be better for Austria, so I think you'd be fine continuing work on them. Is there a faction you have a fancy to skin though, if your bored with Austria for now?

    This mod doesn't get rid of it (although we probably will include an optional download for it since they are pretty ridiculous) but this mod: http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=239446 does take it off.

    I have a fancy for helping and modding, anything is fine for me. Though I like to play eastern factions, so when Maratha comes around I can probably do them. I will eventually do ALL factions for R-Texture, but as of now I will do them in the order that you need them.

    I'm liking doing Austria, so I will stick with them.

    Hey i noticed you have an irish faction in 1 of those shots please please tell me how to get it because ireland rules also can you guys do a coldstream mod so that they are the best guys in the game because they should be i mean the entire game system is based on regimental reputation the coldstreams have been in evry single major english war since 1650

    Actually I think that just because the coldstream guards have been in every major english war doesnt grant them the status "best unit in game" and btw just use the guards in every battle you have then you will soon have expierenced soldiers...

    yeah but the entire rest of the units are based on that i mean cmon the swiss guard werent necesarrily all that good but the reason there put like that is because of there historical status the coldstreams should have stats along these lines

    patch 1.3 update

    Range:70
    Accuracy:55
    Reload:65
    Melee:14
    Charge:7
    Defence:20
    Morale:18

    now thats a super unit and it befits the coldstreams status some more stuff id like to see however:

    Irish Infantry-around 50% of all troops in a regiment were irish in the american revolutionary war
    Scots-We Conquered um we use um simple enough
    Grenadier Guards-The Other Elite Guard Formation
    Guard Artillery-for everyone needs bigger guns
    Morgans Rifle corps-they pretty much annihalated our brit officers at saratogo
    mounted rangers-The rangers were originally formed as a mounted skirmish unit basically dragoons but with a more partisan focus
    1st Rater Steam Ships-because steam power is good but the 12 guns kinda suck
    An Austrian rifle unit that isnt windbushche-there brilliant but we need a normal rifle unit for them

    I've just got the DarthMod to work fine, and I'm delighted with four turns per year. All I want from this mod are new, fully accurate flags for all (as many as possible) factions. Is there a download that just changes textures and nothing else, so I don't have to start again, and will it work with Darthmod (DMUC)?

    I've packaged Trasibulos and Aykis16's work with Remo's re-skins inside APE; it's getting large enough that at some point I will have to offer graphics and core packs in seperate bundles!

    I'm going to keep as up-to-date as possible with the work these two and Remo have done.

    Alright guys, we need Ideas on Faction Flags to change and if you have pics that'd be great too.

    The ones I'm currently working on are:
    Scotland (Monarchy), Spain (Monarchy/Republic), Russia (Monarchy), Naples and Sicily (Monarchy), Denmark (Republic), Sweden (Republic), Bavaria (Monarchy), Greece (Monarchy), New Spain, United Provinces (Republic), US (Monarchy), Virginia Colonies, Pirates (Republic)

    Thanks for all the love guys! Trasibulos and I will be posting updates throughout!

    could we get some simple dixie flags for the southern confederacy? an american rebellion (another one) will only be labeled as "Loyalists", no matter how long after the first revolution

    this is probably a more complex problem, actually. i think you would have to create an entirely new faction. so if it's nearly impossible, no worries
