huh I think he answered your question if you go in the file you can change the amount received each turn to each faction. You change this in the same way as you would change the time scale.

The King's purse won't change at all even at the end of the game the only way to change it is the way stated aboved

The king's purse changes in one of the Kingdoms campaigns. The Britannia campaign has a 'Dynamic King's Purse' which can go up and down as you play. I don't know what triggers it though, just read it in the manual

You are right but that is a special case in only this campaign

Not the Britannia, I believe, but the Americas campaign. As New Spain, if you capture a needed amount of cities, you will get a promotion and probably a bigger purse.
