Looks like a Lockheed SR71 to me, identical in fact to any fast spyplane. Not sure how he managed to film that for so long mind you. The spikes are either not real, or some strange military trial.

I look, and see three big grey circles in the sky. I happen to have my handycam in my hand, and start taping. Some other people noticed this too.

I was a total skeptic but I decided to look into the whole thing a little while back and they are real (UFOs not aliens). Anyone can tell you that 99.8% of reported sightings are this or that but a slim minority of cases are inexplicable.
You will also discover that video evidence is the least compelling, it's really the radar that makes things interesting especially when combined with eyewitnesses on the ground and close encounters in the air.
In my opinion the second most interesting type of case is the almost impossible technical anomaly (like multiple independent nuclear reactors shutting down simultaneously) that happens to coincide with multiple sightings and radar or other evidence.
And thirdly this is a world-wide phenomenon. For example there are declassified Soviet-era reports of incredible close encounters with what they called "observers" and their government made the obvious observation based on the preponderance of evidence that they are, we don't know what they are, and we can't stop them.
And that's all you're going to get out of this. You will probably never find out what they are, but you will find out what they are not.
For example in a case where these facts are indisputable based on the evidence: that it's a physical object, that it's traveling at incredible speed, that it's maneuvering (speeding up, slowing down, changing direction) and that it *appears* to have an effect on mechanical instruments (i.e. they send multiple planes to intercept the thing on radar, and they all have to be grounded due to technical problems ruling out a coincidence).
Based on that evidence nobody can say what the object is, hence "unidentified". But you sure as hell can say what the object is not, it ain't swamp gas.
If you are interested in reading about some incredible cases (and there are only a handful that fit that description) you should check out the COMETA report. It's a french Generals/Admirals/French NASA group who I think want the general public to at least consider the possibility that there is something behind this phenomenon and probably want the American government/military who know there is *something* to share whatever they know with their French allies.
