I have used it before. I found it quite easy to use and it did the job so I would recommend it.

I was told to use it to help work out what was wrong with my PC. There are some tutorials around but I found that the software had moved on since they were written - there was references to buttons that no longer existed.

Hmmmm. that's weird ....I was at the forums today and they have passed 10 million downloads back in Feb. Their tut's do look a little cumbersome though.
Maybe give Everest a look see.
