The force-diplomacy and "Peace with the Dead" scripts are activated through her as well I think.
EDIT: Found it, it's here.
There is also a helpful script called 'Perfect Spy.' When it is activated it shows the composition of each army and city not covered by fog of war. Its activated in much the same way as 'Peace with the Dead.'
To activate this script (1) open the overview scroll, (2) go to the financial tab, (3) click on the help button, and then when the advisor pops up (4) click on the show me how button.
Right, as the world goes, is only in question between equals in power, while the strong do what they can and the weak suffer what they must.

That's very interesting, silentsam, I'll have to check that out!

I've run into another script in my playing. On a Roman campaign on medium campaign difficulty, shortly after I had taken all of Italy and Sicily, Victoria popped up at the start of a turn. I clicked her, and she said that a slave rebellion had broken out. I took a look at Italy, and nothing, but then at Sicily, there were three full stacks of rebel units called slaves. The unit info card for these slaves said that historically 3 slave rebellions broke out, two in Sicily and one in Rome. Leading me to believe that this would happen again sometime in the future. I'm not sure if not clicking Victoria would have prevented this, though.
I'm playing a Roman E/E campaign and it's 249 BC and I haven't gotten this script yet.

I added the perfect spy script for bug checking and testing purposes. It's not documented because, unlike the other scripts, it is just a cheat (though one that might be useful if you are writing an AAR, or just curious and want to see what is going on in other parts of the world).
There are currently two rebellion scripts: one for Italy and one for Judaea. The Italian one has a small chance of firing on any turn, and might spawn a rebellion in Italy proper or in Sicily.
You can avoid all of the scripts just by ignoring the advisor.
If I have already started a campaign, and I selected no advice, can I still initiate the script by clicking on help each time I load the game? The thing I miss the most is the Garrison scripting. In my first campaign as the GCS I was all a twitter with excitement when I attacked Syracuse, thinking that a big ol battle would ensue (who wants to avoid it by using artillery?) Then it didn't, and I thought, wtf? And then I had a Vercingetorix moment, and I thought, "all modders suck and this is why...." And then I realized it was in fact my error :O. Thanks for your replies, I appreciate the helpfulness of this forum group!
