If you just want to beat RTI for the fun of it, Good luck getting your autosaves back. If you can't find anything here, head over to
http://shoguntotalwar.yuku.com/directory maybe you can find something there.
If you win Episode III of RTI you get to play The United States on the world map (but only through the RTI menu). The game starts in the summer of 1783. The United States starts with the 13 colonies. Britain loses the 13 colonies but gains two settlements in India.
The following is the world map showing the British faction and the territories it starts with;
Also, if you want to change the campaign difficulty why don't you just edit the 'preferences.empire_script.txt' file?
Code:
battle_difficulty -1; # battle_difficulty <int>, Sets the handicap for battles. Positive gives advantage. -2 is vhard, -1 is hard, 0 normal, 1 easy #
autoresolve_difficulty -1; # autoresolve_difficulty <int>, Sets the handicap for battles that are autoresolved. Positive gives advantage. -2 is vhard, -1 is hard, 0 normal, 1 easy #
campaign_difficulty -1; # campaign_difficulty <int>, Sets the handicap for campaigns. Positive gives advantage. -2 is vhard, -1 is hard, 0 normal, 1 easy #

It should unlock the whole map - see the details above.
