Since the last Steam client update (a couple of days ago if my memory is right), I've had a problem running the game. It will run for a while then lock up either for a few seconds or the screen will totally freeze and I have to restart the pc. If anyone has had a similar experience please let me know and whether or not you have any idea what's happening.
