Crash

My game as the Maharat confederacy just started to crash at the end of turn 13. It hasn’t done it before, so does anyone know why it just has started?

I sure wish someone would answer these questions. I get a crash every time I load ANY saved games. Today I decided to stop playing this POS game for six months and I hope they have enough patches rolled out to make it stable. I am a ten year plus fan of this game and I will never buy another copy until it has been out for six months.

I just posted the same comment. I will wait a few months to see if they can get this thing working. I have only finished one out of five games because I get to a point that none of my saved games will load. I get the CTD at the end of the progress bar. Somebody suggested deleting the empire folder. This folder will regenerate when the game is started. They told me to save my "saved games" in an empty folder, restart a game, drop my old saved games back into the saved folder and then try to launch it. It did generate a new empire folder but my games would still not work.

This is the most unstable game I have played in my entire gaming life on pc's going back 20 years. It is very disappointing.

I don't hope my game starts to do that

but I also hope that it's fixed soon

Not really a lot that can be done about that. Best bet is to try to load an earlier save game and see if that will work past turn 13 or start a new game with a different country.
