ok well originally i was going to just upload my own modfolder of SPQR and ask LT if i could post a download link, but it would be a major inconvenience to me if i uploaded that file since it is huge
so instead i decided to write this guide about how to make your very own modfolder.
note this is a tedious process
step1: go to your main RTW folder, for me the name is C:\Program Files\Activision\Rome - Total War (please note that yours may be different)
2: Now you want to create a new folder and name it SPQR
3: Copy your entire RTW data folder into the new SPQR folder
4: copy your RTW.exe into the SPQR folder and rename the .exe to SPQR (you dont have to rename it if you dont want to but i recommend it)
5: copy your logs, logfiles, Miles, Preferences, Presets, Saves, temp, and custom foleders from your RTW folder into the new SPQR folder (note i recommend you copy and paste these folders one at a time)
6: Copy your mss32.dll from your RTW folder into your SPQR folder
7: Now install SPQR 7.0 into the SPQR folder that you made once it is finished installing you can run SPQR from the .exe that you have in your SPQR folder
8: optinable: if you wish to create a shortcut go into your SPQR folder and right click on the .exe, now go down to where it says create shortcut and click this. now you will have a short cut inside of you SPQR folder and it should be called something like this Shortcut to SPQR now click and drag the shortcut to your desktop or where ever else you might want it and then rename the shortcut to SPQR
and now you are doneI hope this helps people out and if you have any questions please feel free to ask me
