Error

Hello I just installed the Mod to check it out and i get this error when trying to run the game.

Medieval 2 : Total War encountered an unspecified error and will now exit

Well that can have a number of causes...Do you have the correct patches and such?

Does the mod load at all or does it ctd at the start? Is your game completely unmodified? Does it crash or do you have to control alt delete/alt f4 out?

The game start loading. Then i get a 5 sec chance to look at the IB2 First screen shot with the title Then it kick me out to window with the error that i listed before.

I do have stainless steel addon and retrofit but they did not create any conflict before with each others =/

Hmm...I do not know what could be wrong...Try a clean install is all I can say..

From which server did you download the mod? there was a problem with corrupted files on the filefront version. I don't know if Riothamus uploaded the beta a second time.

Yah i got mine off filefront O.o That could be it ?

Hi Mohamad,
The filefront DL that is currently in the Beta Download section is good. It was the first megaupload DL that we had an issue with.

Delete what you have(the IB2folder) and reinstall the IB2 Installer. Let us know if the Beta woks before installing the patch ok.?.
