US campaign wont allow me to continue?

So the final chapter in the RTI campaign you have tomconquer 15 regions including the 13 colonies before 1825, well everytime I conquer the 15th region it says victory it plays the laggy cutscene then when I try and click continue and glitches out and takes me back to the main menu. It's supposed to unlock the short grand campaign for America and allow you to play until 1825 but instead it keeps glitching out for me and taking me back to the main menu. Does anybody know why?

If you click Road To Independence link from the main menu you may find that there is an additional chapter to play:



I'd read people posting that once you had finished the RTI campaign you could play the USA on the grand campaign. I was a bit confused but was surprised when I saw the additional campaign on the RTI menu.
