Reskin packs causing white stuff to glow?

I play empire with some reskin packs (new redcoats, new spanish skins...) and I'm not sure if it was like that before, but quite often white stuff is literally glowing (trousers, snow... also on the campaign map). I guess turning off bloom would help, but I don't want to. Any advice? Anyone else with the same problem?

It's a problem of the packs themselves. It's more of a design issue than a technical problem. Whoever is doing the textures is not doing something right. Like a certain property to be applied to the DDS itself...

Hopefully poeple who know how to do it right will make some skin packs then.

I think it has to do with the bump maps and normal layers... but I'm no expert at that... I just know how to use Photoshop to do damage
