How To Edit Battle AI Handicap?

Hello,

The CAI handicap values are exposed to edit. Does anyone know whether the Battle AI handicaps are likewise exposed? I haven't been able to find them in patch.pack or main.pack. Does anyone know where these values are hiding?

Anyone? Any ideas which .pack file this might be in? Or confirmation that it's hard coded?

There is no battle AI in the packs, that I have found, I know that there is some reference in the exe files.

Yeah, I"m not speaking about battle AI -- rather the bonuse the Battle AI gets at different difficulty levels (similar to Campaign AI Handicap).

Yeah, I looked around a lot more last night, and can't find anything. I believe this is hardcoded as well. Very unfortunate.
